About Donna Fletcher
Prior to founding her consulting practice in 1991, Donna worked for
13 years at Leo Burnett Advertising in Chicago planning strategies and developing
advertising for Kellogg's, Pillsbury (General Mills) and Noxell (Procter and Gamble).
Her experience there also included two years as a manager of the New Business Department
in which she was the primary analyst of client prospects for the Agency.
After leaving Leo Burnett, Donna directed marketing and advertising
campaigns for two emerging consumer food companies, Zatarain's (New Orleans, LA) and
House-Autry Mills (Newton Grove, NC). She received a Silver Effie for the effective
advertising campaign developed for House-Autry Mills.
Donna graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College, majoring in art history.
She lives in suburban Chicago, where she served on the Highland Park Public Library Board
of Trustees, including two years as president.
